Labour Camp (G+4) – Dubai Investment Park
The project was executed using high-quality precast and RCC construction methods ensuring long-term durability and structural efficiency. Proper insulation and façade treatment were applied to enhance energy efficiency and indoor comfort.
Design and construction were coordinated to achieve smooth circulation, ventilation, and safe access points. Fire-rated materials, LED lighting, and low-maintenance finishes were integrated to meet Dubai Municipality and EHS regulations.
