Project Overview
This project involved the complete restoration of fire-damaged aluminium cladding and façade components for the 4B+G+4P+1HC+63 Typ+2S+6PH commercial and residential building, Sulafa Tower. The scope included dismantling unsafe panels, structural inspection, fabrication and installation of new fire-rated aluminium cladding, and reinstatement of the façade system to meet Dubai Civil Defense and safety standards. The project reinstated the tower’s visual identity and enhanced its fire resistance performance.

Sulafa Tower – Facade Restoration
The project team implemented a detailed survey and engineering study to identify all damaged façade sections. Fire-rated aluminium composite panels and substructure systems were designed and installed in compliance with updated safety codes and wind-load requirements.
Specialized façade access systems were deployed for high-altitude installation, ensuring precision and safety during restoration. The result was a completely rehabilitated façade that restored the tower’s visual appeal and long-term fire protection.
