Villa in Al Khawaneej
The villa was designed with clean, minimalist lines and a focus on natural light and ventilation. Each façade integrates large glazing panels for openness, complemented by brown accent framing and textured cladding that gives depth and warmth to the design.
Internally, the spaces were planned around a central double-height lobby connecting living, dining, and bedroom zones. Warm neutral tones, marble flooring, and layered lighting enhance the feeling of comfort and luxury throughout the interiors.
