Hotel Building with Marble Cladding – Al Muraqqabat
A detailed façade design plan was developed to optimize marble panel sizing, joint alignment, and structural support. Lightweight cladding methods were incorporated to reduce overall load and enhance installation speed.
The proposed structure combines reinforced concrete framing with elegant façade detailing. Efficient MEP and HVAC layouts were integrated early in design to maintain smooth operations and guest comfort standards.
